Global Beverage Brand
DTC brand launch in the UK market.

A global sports nutrition brand entered the UK direct-to-consumer market with a new hydration product, operating a dual-channel model across its own e-commerce site and Amazon. The launch was built on a subscription-led revenue model.

Our job was to develop a full-scale launch campaign for the company including visual identity, communication suitable for consumers, investors, partners, suppliers and other stakeholders.

The challenge was structural: DTC model needed calibration, including customer acquisition costs which were remained high for substantial number of weeks. The business ask was for integrated tracking framework that could monitor performance across the full value chain, from ad spend and creative velocity through to conversion, retention, and lifetime value and translate that into fast, actionable decisions.

An end-to-end monitoring framework was developed spanning three levels of the performance pyramid: inputs and execution, channel performance and business impact (revenue, subscription rate, LTV). Weekly data was tracked across all active channels and synthesised into a rolling commercial picture, with competitive pricing intelligence layered alongside.

Outcome

Performance trajectory reversed: ROAS improving, CAC declining, orders growing on a weekly rolling basis;

Subscription rate reached targets, significantly above benchmark, signalling strong audience quality once acquired;

Structured next-step roadmap delivered: retention mechanics, competitive promo response strategy, prospecting audience testing, and promotional calendar to reduce revenue volatility.
