Her main specialization now is Psychology as she is getting her PhD in developmental practices. She has run a number of research activities, such as focus group moderations and face-to-face interviews in business and as part of her thesis.

Senior Financial Executive with 18 years of experience in «Big Four» public accounting and multinational corporations, covering start-up/high growth and mature organizations.

He has solid international track record in setting up and developing financial functions within organizations in several jurisdictions. Iurii has diverse industrial insight into IT, real estate, gambling industry, FMCG, retail and logistics.

His functional expertise covers all aspects of financial management, including managing complex corporate finance and restructuring projects, transaction structures and financial due diligence and making investment decisions, including M&A.
